  • OCTOBER | Wednesday, October 29 @ 12pmCT | Aligning Values and Vision in a Global Agency Setting

As a global collective of agencies spanning more than 40 countries - and parent company of some of the most prominent U.S. agencies - TBWA Worldwide operates at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce. Embedding inclusion within such a dynamic network requires balancing a shared vision with local relevance.

In this Brave Lil' Convo, Aliah Berman, Global Chief Inclusion & Impact Officer, will share how TBWA works to build environments where different perspectives are respected, across disciplines, cultures, and brand contexts, fostering ownership among creatives and clients. Participants will gain insight into how large, decentralized organizations can align values, inspire engagement, and sustain progress in an ever-evolving industry landscape.

  • NOVEMBER | Wednesday, November 19 @ 12CT | Evolving Language and Leadership in a People-First Organization

As an employee-owned insurance and risk management firm, Holmes Murphy has long emphasized the importance of people in every aspect of its business. As expectations around workplace culture and belonging continue to evolve, the company has been intentional about refining its language, approach, and engagement strategies to reflect both empathy and accountability.

In this session, Nola Cartmill, Chief Diversity Officer and Legal Counsel, will share how Holmes Murphy integrates inclusion into its core values and business practices, balancing legal considerations with human connection. Participants will gain perspective on how organizations can evolve thoughtfully - strengthening trust, participation, and shared ownership across teams and leadership levels.

  • DECEMBER | Wednesday, December 10 @ 12CT | Building Trust and Transparency in the Public Sector

As the year draws to a close, many organizations are reflecting on progress made - and the persistence required to keep advancing meaningful change. Milwaukee County offers a powerful example of this ongoing commitment. Through its intentional focus on equity within governance, operations, and community engagement, the County continues to evolve how local government can lead from within.

In this Brave Lil' Convo, Sumaiyah Clark, Chief Equity Officer, will share insights on building understanding and alignment among departments, elected officials, and community partners. Participants will leave with perspective on what it takes to maintain momentum and accountability in the face of shifting expectations, and complex political and structural realities.

  • JANUARY 2026 | American Pride Rises: Lessons from a Year of Action

It has been a year since executive orders reshaped the landscape for workplace inclusion. As we enter 2026, organizations are reflecting on the past 12 months - celebrating successes, learning from challenges, and preparing to advance equity in the months ahead. American Pride Rises, founded by Stacey Abrams, has been at the forefront of this movement, advocating for the protection and expansion of inclusive practices nationwide.

In this session, Becky Monroe, Civil Rights Attorney and Legal Advisor, and Dr. Gabrielle Gray, Senior Consultant, will share how the organization collaborates with lawmakers, community leaders, and activists to address evolving policy and societal expectations. Participants will gain insight into interpreting policy developments and identifying opportunities for meaningful impact in 2026 and beyond.

The success of the civil rights movement demonstrated the transformative power of coalition-building across diverse groups—labor unions, religious organizations, advocacy groups, and beyond. Today, as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives face adversity and pushback, the need for unity and collaboration is more critical than ever. This session will provide practical tools and insights to help leaders and advocates build stronger alliances to amplify their impact.

  • WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19 @ 12CT | Meritocracy Myths: The Hidden Costs of Unequal Pay for Employers and Employees Alike

Pay Equity Day is March 25th, but shifting federal policies say we should prioritize meritocracy over equal pay. What happens when meritocracy takes precedence? Join us for a Brave Lil’ Convo as we explore the real-world consequences of pay inequity, impacting not just marginalized groups, but all workers—including white employees. Through compelling stories and data, we’ll examine how neglecting fair pay affects productivity, morale, and long-term financial inequality within organizations.
